When Chartered Surveyor James – from Shakespeare’s own county and with the Bard’s grace and eloquence, had decided that his current staircase did nothing to compliment the original architecture of his home. James and his wife Shelagh decided the time was right to breath new life into their stairs with a call to Abbott-Wade. Chunky, oversized oak newel posts replaced those of the original staircase with embedded glass securing the balustrade.
