Glass balustrades are hugely popular and it’s pretty clear to understand why. Apart from looking elegant from every angle and giving unobstructed views of your bespoke staircase installation, a glass balustrade allows light to distribute itself throughout your hallway and helps to give the illusion of more space. Our 10mm toughened Pilkington glass ensures that not only will your glass balustrade look stunning, but you can be assured that you have a safe and strong installation in your home.
We’ve all been there. Lost in a well known furniture store never knowing whether we’ll find our way out again, passing row after row of mass produced goods with something for everyone. This is of course perfectly acceptable for many of us, as the old saying goes: ‘We’re all unique…just like everybody else.’
Thought all clear glass was the same? Think again.
Always striving to be at the forefront of staircase design and innovation, Abbott-Wade are delighted to be the first to market with new Optiwhite™ glass. Unlike other glass which inherently has a green cast, Optiwhite™ is practically colourless.
For a modern, minimalist look that is fresh and clean why not consider a stylish combination of white prefinished wood and glass?
With spring on its way, this ultra-cool design is guaranteed to brighten up even the darkest of hallways to give the illusion of more light and space.
